Shipping Domestic

USPS shipping is used. Items are shipped within a 5-7 business day timeframe unless the website states otherwise, it is a custom order or other arrangements have been made.

Returns

Returns are not accepted.

If Package is damaged in shipping by USPS, I am not responsible for replacement.

If a parcel is returned to me due to address inaccuracies input by customer, customer will be billed for secondary shipping to re-send.

I may cancel a transaction under the following circumstances:

-The buyer did not pay. 
-Both Rock & Oil and the buyer agree to cancel the transaction prior to shipment, and you have issued the buyer a full refund. If customer refuses to pay for re-shipment, order will be refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
-Rock & Oil has decided to refuse service to the buyer, and if the buyer has already paid, you have issued a full refund, including shipping.
